HOW TO BUY A CAR ONLINE AT Genesis of Virginia Beach
At Genesis of Virginia Beach, we want to make the car buying experience as easy and transparent as possible. That’s why we’ve added technology to our website that puts you in complete control of your payment options and allows you to complete the entire purchase process online. But don’t worry — our experts are still here to help every step of the way if you have any questions.
CUSTOMIZE YOUR PAYMENT
As you browse our selection you’ll see each vehicle has an **“Explore Payment Options”** button. Clicking that puts you in full control to customize the monthly payment based on your preferred settings, such as finance or lease, term length, down payment, and whether or not you want to trade-in your current vehicle. All the math happens automatically as you make adjustments so you can determine what monthly payment works best for your budget.
SAVE AND COMPARE
Once you explore your payment options on one vehicle, tap the **“Save and Compare This Payment”** button to add that vehicle to your very own “Garage”. That will allow you to:
1. Revisit your vehicle and personalized payment details for future reference or customization on any device.
2. Add additional vehicles to your garage to compare your options and decide on the perfect deal for you.
CHAT WITH OUR TEAM
If you have any questions along the way, our expert team is always a click away to chat and guide you to the best option for your needs. We can even start a video chat to give you a live tour of any vehicles on our lot!
And of course, you can always just give us a call at 757-687-3464 and we’ll be happy to answer any of your questions over the phone.
TRADE-IN YOUR VEHICLE
Online Shopper™ also gives you an instant estimate to trade-in your current vehicle so you can apply that value to get a lower monthly payment! Every estimate comes with a transparent report on how it was calculated by real-time market data so you know you’re getting a fair deal.
SCHEDULE DELIVERY
Last step: you can pick a date and time to schedule pick-up or delivery — we’ll bring it right to your home! It’s seriously that easy. At Genesis of Virginia Beach we’ve made it possible to do the entire car buying process from your couch in just a few minutes. What a time to be alive.
